Dilip Bachwani
CTO and SVP, Enterprise TruRisk Platform
As the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the Enterprise TruRisk Platform, Dilip is responsible for leading global product development, data and platform engineering, DevOps, site reliability engineering, cloud operations and customer support across Qualys’ broad security product portfolio. Dilip joined Qualys in 2016 to drive Qualys’ own internal digital transformation efforts and has been instrumental in helping scale the technology and organization in support of the company’s accelerated product growth and transformation into a unified security platform.
Prior to joining Qualys, Dilip served in multiple engineering leadership roles at various mid-sized and large organizations to build and deliver complex, scalable, distributed enterprise SaaS products and big data cloud platforms. Dilip has a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in computer science from Ball State University.

Rima Touma Bruno
Chief Human Resources Officer
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Rima helps the Qualys workforce maintain a high level of performance by serving as an employee champion and cultivating the corporate community. She brings more than 15 years of domestic and international human resources experience to the company. Prior to joining Qualys, Rima was in HR at VeriSign as part of the mergers and acquisitions group where she was responsible for investigating potential acquisitions, focusing on talent assessment, management style, cost analysis of benefits, and stock plan transfers.
Rima joined VeriSign as part of its acquisition of Signio, where she served as Director of Human Resources, spearheading employee practices and all other aspects of HR. She also led the Human Resources departments at NetObjects, Inc. and Verity, Inc. where she played an integral role in taking both companies through a public offering. Rima holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from San Jose State University.

Bruce Posey
Chief Legal Officer
Bruce leads the Qualys legal team and oversees vital regulatory and governmental relations efforts. Bruce previously served as general counsel and corporate secretary at IntelePeer, Inc.; Openwave Systems, Inc.; iPass, Inc.; and AuraServ Communications. Also, he was senior vice president of federal relations and regulatory law for US WEST Communications, and vice president of public policy and external affairs for MediaOne. Further, former Colorado Governor Roy Romer appointed Bruce to serve in a cabinet postion as executive director of the state’s Department of Administration. Bruce holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Oregon and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School. He is also a member of the California (registered in-house counsel), Colorado and Oregon State Bars.

Brad Bell
Chief Information Officer (CIO)
As Chief Information Officer at Qualys, Brad Bell oversees the global corporate IT infrastructure, business applications and operations. With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Brad brings deep expertise in leading global IT functions and driving digital transformation.
Before joining Qualys, Brad was CIO at Infoblox, leading the company’s global IT strategy, services, and operations. He was instrumental in driving Infoblox’s business transformation, spearheading the pivot to a SaaS-based model, transitioning to the cloud and building the security function. Prior to Infoblox, Brad held senior roles at Microsoft, managing global infrastructure, Azure cloud migrations, large-scale data visualization, and acquisition integration. He also served as CIO for Sonos Inc. and spent 17 years at Cisco in various leadership roles, including driving consulting services and WebEx customer success.
Brad holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from California State University, Sacramento, and completed both the Design Thinking and Technology Leader Program at Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education.

Jonathan Trull
CISO & SVP Security Solution Architecture
Jonathan is the Chief Information Security Officer and Senior Vice President for Security Solution Architecture at Qualys. He has more than 20 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, and his career spans operational CISO and infosec roles with the State of Colorado, Qualys, Optiv, and Microsoft. At Microsoft, Jonathan led the Detection and Response Team (DART), whose members responded to cyber security incidents around the globe ranging from cyber espionage initiated by nation-state actors to ransomware attacks.
Jonathan also serves as an advisor to several security startups and venture capital firms and supports the broader security community through his work with IANS. He is also an adjunct faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University, where he mentors and coaches those attending the CISO Executive Education Program. Jonathan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences such as Black Hat, RSA, and SANS and holds several industry certifications including the CISSP, OSCP, CCSP, and GCFA.
